I have never connected to ballet, but once I saw a few clips of Natalia Osipova in Giselle and Swan Lake, something finally clicked and a whole beautiful world opened to me. I had only seen one ballet in full and I knew I had to see Natalia's work in full. She is breathtaking and a marvel to behold.

The DVD set I ordered is that in the absolute opposite way. The outer packaging arrived scuffed, marked up, damaged, and parts of the cardboard flaps completely ripped off. This clearly had to be a used copy with the amount of damage done to it. I wouldn't mind as the DVDs themselves are in excellent quality, but I shouldn't have had to pay full price for a clearly damaged copy.

Additionally the shipping was slow compared to what I was promised. I paid for two business day shipping, and it was a month before it shipped. Even after that, when it was in transit it took 4-5 days for delivery.

At the end of the day, as long as the dvd works and looks good, that's what matters. I certainly won't be using this merchant in the future but I have my DVDs. I'll just be displaying them on my dvd shelf without its outer packaging, I suppose.
